DESCRIPTION:Charity Honors Memory of Former Malden-Native\n&nbsp\;\nFirst
  Annual Fundraiser Event\n&nbsp\;\nMALDEN - A local charity will be hold
 ing its first annual fundraiser to benefit cancer research. The charity\
 , My Sister Mary Foundation\, was founded in memory of Mary E. (Fallon) 
 Gistis\, who passed away from cancer in 2009 at the age of 41. She gradu
 ated from Malden High School in 1985 and was the daughter of former Mayo
 r of Malden Thomas H. Fallon.\n&nbsp\;\nMary Gistis was active in the so
 uth shore area as a theater actress\, and participated in several plays.
  She was also an avid photographer\, and aside from nature and landscape
  photography\, she photographed headshots for many of her fellow actors 
 and friends.\n&nbsp\;\nThe event will feature some of her pictures and v
 ideos of her plays\, and it aims to bring her friends &amp\; fellow acto
 rs together with her family. The event which will be held from 6-9:30 PM
  on Saturday November 10th at the Holiday Inn in Rockland\, MA\, located
  just off Route 3 (exit 14).&nbsp\; Tickets are $50 per person and will 
 include food\, live music and various silent auction items.&nbsp\;\n&nbs
 p\;\nMy Sister Mary Foundation was established in 2012 by several member
 s of Mary&rsquo\;s friends and family. The charity&rsquo\;s goal: raise 
 $100\,000 to benefit cancer research and cancer treatment facilities. Th
