This caterer and wedding planner maintains a fabulously large and luxurious space right off Canal Street with a parking lot fit for a crowd. These guys craft weddings, corporate catering menus, funeral coalitions and all kinds of little extras like ice sculptures, custom cocktails for each event and chocolate fountains. They have five ballrooms, ranging from intimate 10 person suites to massive 500 person halls and their website holds photos and ballroom layout plans. Call for an appointment.
