 Dinner Series\nThe final stop on our culinary tour of Malden\, and the w
 orld\, stops at Biryani Park.&nbsp\; The restaurant\, at the SNS market\
 , 105 Broadway (Rt 99) features the dynamic cuisines of Sri Lanka\, and 
 Southern India.&nbsp\; This last community dinner will take place Tuesda
 y\, April 24th at 7:00 and will cost $15\, not including tax\, gratuity\
 , and drinks.\nBiryani Park prides itself on cooking healthy\, authentic
  cuisine prepared with the freshest\, top quality\, organic ingredients.
 &nbsp\; Pramilla Mathews describes the preparations as &ldquo\;healthy a
 nd straight from the heart&rdquo\;.&nbsp\; A Sri Lankan native\, Mathews
  and her chef\, South Indian Veeramuchu Managati clearly love talking ab
 out their refined\, carefully prepared food.&nbsp\; The cuisines of Sri 
 Lanka and Southern India tend to offer food that is gently steamed\, rat
 her than cooked in Ghee (clarified butter) found in much of Northern Ind
 ian cooking\, It is redolent with savory\, aromatic spice blends\, cocon
 ut milk\, and often features fresh seafood.&nbsp\; These cuisines are al
 so renowned for their treatment of vegetables\; it is a healthful and ba
 lanced cuisine.\nLike most of our community dinners\, this one will feat
 ure a tasting menu with several courses\, allowing us to taste a range o
 f the savory offerings from this refined and time honed cuisine.&nbsp\;
