FREE Concert at Malden High
February 10th at 2 PM
The Office of Mayor Gary Christenson is pleased to sponsor the United States Air Force Jazz Band of Liberty performance at a Free Concert on Sunday, February 10th at 2:00 PM at the Malden High School Jenkins Auditorium.
Popular and long-time Radio Personality Ron Della Chiesa will serve as the Master of Ceremonies for this free event that is open to veterans, senior citizens, and all families.
The Office of Veterans Services will handle the
reservations. You may log into https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?fromEmail=true&formkey=dFlqT3d2TmdaX2xpMlItempMWEhIcXc6MQ and complete the reservation form. Seating is limited and you must make reservations. You may
call 781-397-7139 to make reservations and tickets will be mailed to you.
Attendees may voluntarily bring an unexpired canned good for collection to donate to the
Bread of Life.

The United States Air Force Band of Liberty is a select
group of professional Airmen-musicians who support the global Air Force mission by providing outstanding musical products and services for official military, recruiting, and community relations events, and by fostering America's rich national heritage. It has been performing for military and civilian audiences throughout the New England region for over 30 years. The United States Air Force Band of Liberty is dedicated to using the power of music to inspire our Air Force members and the great nation we serve, producing innovative musical programs and products, and communicating Air Force excellence throughout New England and around the globe.
Ron Della Chiesa hosts Music America Sunday on WPLM-99.1 FM each weekend at 7:00 PM. Mr. Della Chiesa looks forward to re-connecting with his friends in Malden with his appearance and will be available to sign his new book, "Radio My Way” after the Show.
We encourage all attendees to make it a great Malden experience by going out for Sunday Brunch before the Concert or out to dinner after the Concert at our fine dining establishments in the Downtown/Greater Malden Area.

More About Malden High School
Malden High School is located just outside of Malden Center across from the Malden Public Librabry. The high school was originally built in 1939 and is currently undergoing a renovation project to be completed in 2012.
The renovation aims to provide 14 new science labs, 11 new conputer labs, as well as new classrooms to expand new programs including engineering and biotechnology.
The high school has many extracurricular activities for student to participate in, including a high school newspaper, a full sports program, marching band, color guard, drama soceity, cheerleading club, gospel club and much more.
