DESCRIPTION:The Blue and Gold Gallery will have its 13th opening this yea
 r.&nbsp\;It is a Malden High School Fine Arts Department event that feat
 ures art work from all levels\, but especially highlights the Senior Por
 tfolio students. Two MHS art students have won awards from this year&rsq
 uo\;s Boston Globe Scholastic Art Awards Competition. Junior Crystal Ara
 iza won both a Gold and Silver Key for her artwork (Gold Key: Food for T
 hought\; Silver Key: Self Portrait)\, and junior Annabelle Ramos was awa
 rded two Honorable Mention. Malden High School's Fine Arts Club host and
  sponsor this great event.\nThe public is invited free of charge to The 
 Blue and Gold Gallery opening reception (6:00 PM) and welcoming ceremony
  (6:30 PM) on Thursday\, April 12th\, 2012 at 350 Main St. Malden\, MA. 
 Artwork will be on display and can be viewed April 12th &ndash\; May 10t
 h\, 2012 during the hours of 8-6:00 PM Monday-Friday.\n&nbsp\;\n&nbsp\;
