Mystic Valley’s Unbeaten Streak Ends at 16

The Mystic Valley girls’ soccer team’s undefeated run ended at 16 games when the girls lost to Minuteman Tech 2-1.  Mystic Valley has a 1-0 lead at the end of the first half but couldn’t hold it in the second half. The girls will next take on undefeated Shawsheen.

The Eagles defense was strong even in defeat led by goalie, Jackie Lane, who made 12 saves on 14 shots.  She played her best game of the season and kept Mystic Valley in the game.
