Mystic Valley Soccer Tops Whittier

The Mystic Valley boys’ soccer team played a fantastic game and won 1-0 against Whittier on Tuesday. Whittier is the defending Commonwealth Athletic Conference champion. The goal came from a fantastic pass from freshman Scott Nguyen and shot by senior Tomás Drahos.

The defense played a spectacular game. Freshman goalie Michael Russo-Penta held off several good shots from Whitter. The boys are now 2-1 on the season.
