MAR releases January Home Sales Results:
The Mass Association of Realtors released today home sale for January 2013. The numbers showed continued improvement. MAR President Kimberly Allard-Moccia, broker-owner of Century 21 Professionals in Braintree said "The Massachusetts real estate market was active in the fourth quarter of last year and that has resulted in a strong start to 2013. Buyer activity remains high, but now we look to the home sellers to ‘get off the fence’ and put their homes on the market.”
