What another great week of Soccer Nights in Malden!

In its third year, Soccer Nights was hosted by Seven Mile Road Church in partnership with Malden Youth Soccer from July 10-13. Special thanks to the many, many volunteers that showed up to help make this thing happen!

Year after year, it’s amazing how many people show up willing to spend their summer nights hanging out with kids, coaching them through soccer drills, and teaching them valuable character lessons.

This year was no exception as we had volunteers from places like Malden High School, Mystic Valley Regional Charter School, Forestdale Community Church, and the City of Malden pour into an average of 100 kids each night! It’s clear that what’s happening in these short weeks during the summer is not just providing a diversion for kids, but investing in a new generation of young people. And that’s what Soccer Nights is about.
