Mystic Valley Crew Starts Season with Win
The Mystic Valley boys’ varsity four was victorious in Saturday’s Malden Invitational Regatta and posted the fastest time of the day in the trial race. The varsity boat defeated Malden, Arlington/Belmont, and Somerville High Schools with the time of 4:35.01.
The Eagles JV four did a very respectable job as well. They finished in third place with the time of 4:56.25, only 1 sec. behind the 2nd place Arlington/Belmont and ahead of Somerville.
