Donna, the image posted is a satellite view map of the area rather than a "drawn" map. Presumably to give readers a better mental picture of where performers (marked by the red arrows on the image) will be stationed along Pleasant Street tonight.

Jennifer, according to the City's Facebook page update yesterday, each one is sort of starting at a different time but it kicks off around 6pm.

I think that may be once the program kicks into full gear - Kevin Duffy sent me an email this morning saying most would go on at 7, while another will start late at 8.

Thanks for the info guys. Between the street performers tonight and Shakespeare in the park at Bell Rock tomorrow I'll be bopping around town seeing friends having a good time doing what they love.

I know this doesn't matter, but if you look closely at the 'map', the top portion of it suggests a 5-6PM sun, while the bottom half suggests maybe a 10-11AM sun. The Shadows are all wrong :)

Is there a central place where I can see upcoming street performer and food truck schedules? Does City of Malden have a spot on their website?

I wish I had times before heading out. We did stand and listen to Len play and sing some Blues for a little bit, got to the magician just as he was taking a break We missed the food trucks, not necessarily a bad thing, we ate at Hugh O'Niells but I wanted to check out the food trucks offerings and when we arrived about 7pm they were already gone. After dinner sat and listened to Yihn play and sing, even enjoyed a nice chair massage from the gentleman from Ohm Wellness. That was a nice combination as Yihn's music is relaxing. It was a really nice way to spend a summer evening. The weather cooperated too. Once the sun went down it cooled off and the breeze was nice.
