Bank Donates $5,000 To Housing Families Inc.
The Malden non-profit received the funds, dedicated to serving children and youth, in a presentation earlier this month.

On April 3rd, 2012, the Danversbank Charitable Foundation, a part of People’s United Bank, presented a check to Housing Families Inc. to support the work that Housing Families does to assist local homeless families.
The $5000 charitable donation will support Housing Families’ Children and Family Program to help provide services to homeless and extremely low-income children and youth. Funding will allow Housing Families to expand services to serve 85-100 during the school year.
