1. Will it snow?: Thursday will see some rain and snow this morning, with highs in the upper 40s and winds nearing 30 miles per hour at times. Evening temperatures will dip to the mid-30s.
2. Developers play ball: Developers behind a proposed minor league baseball will be unveiling their plans and answering questions during a city meeting at Government Center tonight.
3. Paging sports fans: John Brewer's Tavern will be giving away a pair of Patriots v. Broncos tickets at 8 p.m. Thursday night.
