Playgroup at First Congregational Church in Malden
- Where/When: First Congregational Church in Malden/Wednesdays, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
- Why Go: Grab your children ages 0-5 and come out to this free playgroup to watch the kids play and connect with other parents and caregivers.

Game On: Video Gaming For Teens
- Where/When: Malden Public Library/Thursday, Sept. 8, 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
- Why Go: Junior high and high schoolers can challenge their friends to some great social video games, like Rock Band and Just Dance!

- Where/When: Union Square Plaza, Somerville/Saturday, Sept. 10, 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
- Why Go: Celebrate Brazilian culture in Union Square with lively food, dancing, entertainment, and more – for the whole family.

Melrose Chamber of Commerce 31st Annual Victorian Fair
- Where/When: Main St and W Foster St., Melrose/Sunday, Sept. 11, 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
