Readers' Choice: Best Grocery or Convenience Store in Malden?

Please vote for your favorite place by taking our poll. Then click on the directory link and write a short review.

There are many places to shop for food in Malden, but which one is the best? That's the question we're posing to you for this week's Patch Readers' Choice contest.

Here are some of our favorite ones, but if we're leaving a business off the list, please let us know in the comments section, and we'll add it.

Voting in the poll below is open until 9 a.m. Friday. Because this poll is not scientific, it is not the sole consideration in choosing a winner. The winner will be determined by the Patch editor, based on poll results and reviews on Patch Places. Please vote only once per survey, per Patch.

The poll is for the best IN Malden. Last I checked, Reading wasn't inside of Malden. Unless, well, you and Barry can bend space and time and make the Market Basket IN Reading be IN Malden at the same time.

Barry could be right. Market Basket is a good store.
But, Stop and Shop as a winner?

Remember when the stores on Highland Ave would stay open after 9pm. One of those stores actually has an armed security guard in the evening.

I'll second Steve's Corner. Such nice people! It's a nice neighborhood store.
