As if snow hasn't caused enough headaches for the city's emergency response personnel, firefighters had to deal with fire and ice during a car fire on Clark Street Monday afternoon.

No information from the Fire Department spokesperson was immediately available Monday, though witnesses reported no injuries were seen.

A witness at the scene said she heard and saw the car revving as it tried to exit a slick spot in the snow moments before the fire.

FYI Chris. You saw the condition that Clark St was on? Well on Sunday night around 9pm or so, they towed a half dozen cars off Clark St so it could be plowed? As you saw as of yesterday mornings car fire the plows still had not done the street? Unacceptable.

The cars were towed, because it's a money-maker. Plowing streets, well, no money to be made there!
