New Minor League Malden Football Team Seeks Talent
The Boston Freedom Fighters is looking to round out it's roster with two combines at MacDonald stadium. The team plans to play seven home games in the city during their inaugural season.

The Boston Freedom Fighters (BFF) will be hosting two combines to help round out their roster. The combines will be on Saturday, January 26, 2013 and on Saturday, February 16, 2013.
They will take place at MacDonald Stadium on Pearl Street in Malden, MA. Registration will begin at 8:30 am and the combine will begin at 10 am. The cost to attend the combine is $60 if the players pre-register online at www.bostonfreedomfighters.com and $80 the day of the event.
The Freedom Fighters first game will be March 30. The Boston Freedom Fighters require that all males who attend the combines be between the ages of 21-29. The team is looking to fill a 50-man roster and a 10-man practice squad.
The Boston Freedom Fighters are part of the newly created National Spring Football League (NSFL). The NSFL is developmental league that will begin play in the spring of 2013. As a developmental league the first priority will be to help develop the players to and market them to the National Football League. The NSFL is excited to field eight competitive football teams and provide a fun, affordable family atmosphere across the country.
The Boston Freedom Fighters have hired former New England Patriot Patrick Pass as Head Coach. Several fellow former New England Patriots and NFL players will join Pass as part of his staff. These coaches bring with them a wealth of playing experience gathered from many years of playing college and professional football.
Malden businessman William Spadafora is the President of the organization and Salem native Sean Stellato will be the Vice President/General Manager the Boston Freedom Fighters.
