Malden Man Sentenced for Oxycodone Sales

Rosa Mom, 31, was sentenced to 48 months in prison, with 36 months of supervised release and a $200 special assessment.

 

A former Malden man has been sentenced distributing oxycodone, the US Department of Justice announced Wednesday. 

Rosa Mom, 31, was sentenced by Chief U.S. District Judge Mark L. Wolf to 48 months in prison, to be followed by a 36 months of supervised release and a $200 special assessment.

Mom pleaded guilty to participating in an oxycodone distribution conspiracy between June 2009 and September 2009, and to distributing 800 oxycodone pills on September 23, 2009.

In total, Mom was held responsible for the distribution of more than 3,400 30-mg oxycodone pills..
