The City Council debated its recent bonding decisions, with Councilor-At-Large moving that the body reconsider the millions in parks improvements in favor of building a new fire station and repairing the Malden’s schools. While some councilors agreed that a review would be useful, others disagreed, saying, in effect, that was a false dilemma, and that he city has capacity to pursue both projects.
