two THIRD arrests for OUI on Sunday....why do they still have their drivers license? Do they have to kill someone to get it taken away?

I guess only Daniel DeMaina is allowed access to information regarding arrests in Malden! Other community Patch's (and just about every other publication online or print) have an arrest log but not Malden. I don't know if the Malden Police do not make arrests to report, if this information is so heavily guarded you must complete herculean tasks or it is deemed unimportant but it has a long time since they have been printed (or in this case posted).
