• Guoqin Shen, 38, of 811 Main St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
• Davila Berlynda, 27, of 515 Union Ave in Providence, was arrested and charged with malicious damage to a motor vehicle.
• Anna Pendergast, 19, of 180 Salem St. was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
• Davonne Valentin, 18, of 9 Coburn St, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.
• Richard Ellard, 57, of 26 Harvard St., was arrested and charged with open and gross lewdness (suspect was allegedly viewed urinating).

Tuesday, Nov. 15

• Keriann Downing, 37, of 16 Shirley St. in Everett, was arrested and charged with violating an abuse prevention order.
• Cequane Singleton, 20, of 340 Medford St., was arrested and charged with breaking and entering.

Wednesday, Nov. 16

• Angelo Delgenio, 44, of 25 Elwell St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
• John Elwell, 25, of 27 Vernon, was arrested on a warrant charge.
• Andrew Rossetti, 50, of 365 Fellsway West in Medford, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

• John Downey, 53, of 333 Broadway in Somerville, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and assault and battery.
• Jasmine Ellison, 17, of 5 Wyeth St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
• Rita Smith, 35, of 56 Highland Ave. in Everett, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and class b drug possession.

• Rigaud Renald, 45, of 200 Mountain Ave, was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
• Aldo DiFranco, 24, of 39 Winthrop in Revere, was arrested on warrant charges.

• Michael Holmes, 32, of 735 Broadway, was arrested and charged with trespassing.
• Joshua Andrews, 26, of 89 Arlington St. in Medford, was arrested and charged with malicious destruction of property.
• Joseph Tritto, 32, of 19 Waite St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery.
• John McHugh, 26, of 83 Channing Road in Belmont, was arrested and charged with class A drug possession.
• Verena Moreli, 33, of 37 Blaine St., was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
